CBD or cannabidiol oil is an extract from either a hemp plant or a cannabis plant that is said to have many different benefits in relation to health. One of the trends recently is the use of CBD to aide in recovery for those who train & workout. I’ve tried three separate CBD based products and here is my review & thoughts on CBD.
